3) Clients Obligations

Clients acknowledge and agree that Institut Pengajian Tinggi Al-Zuhri does not guarantee that the centre chosen through the Online Registration Portal will be able to accept the application and that their application can be referred to other centres in an event the selected class is full.

Institut Pengajian Tinggi Al-Zuhri will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the selected class slot is made available. In the event where the selected slot is unavailable, the Centre will contact the client to propose an alternative centre, day and time slot.

Institut Pengajian Tinggi Al-Zuhri does not guarantee any class opening until confirmation of the class opening has been given to the client. If the selected class has to be closed because of poor intake, the Centre will contact the client to propose an alternative centre, day and time slot.


4) Notice of temporary disruption

Andalus will put up notice in the event of a planned or unexpected disruption in the services of this Online Registration Portal. The notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated duration, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available.


5) Account Closure

We may, in our discretion and without liability to the client, with or without cause, with or without prior notice and at any time, decide to limit, suspend, deactivate or terminate the client’s account and his/her access to the Site and Services.
